Thomas "Thom" Nicolette, known under the pseudonym Thom Foolery, is an American animator, producer and freelance illustrator.

Born on April 13th, 1980 in Youngston, Thom attended the Lewiston Porter High School in 1999. Later, he attended the State University of New York College at Fredonia from 2003 to 2005, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Media Arts and Fine Arts. He started his professional career at the Cartoon Network Studios on 29th August, 2005, working as a production assistant at Williams Street as an animator for Aqua Teen Hunger Force, also co-writing 2 episodes, and for other shows until February 2008.

From 1999, he was working with his brand name Thom Foolery as a freelance illustrator and character designer, creating merchandise, posters, and album art, which sells on its official website. From August 21st, 2019, he is now working in Burbank at Warner Bros. Entertainment as a prop designer On the Show, Tiny Toons Looniversity. (2023)
